Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Everything you need to know about organizing PDFs

1. How do I organize PDF pages?

Upload your PDF, then drag and drop the page thumbnails to change their order. You can rotate pages with the ↺ / ↻ buttons, delete pages you don’t need, and download the result with Download Organized PDF.

2. Can I delete specific pages from my PDF?

Yes. Click a page to select it (it turns purple), or use Select All. Then press Delete in the toolbar, or use the × on a single page card. Only selected pages are removed.

3. How do I rotate pages?

Use ↺ / ↻ on each thumbnail to rotate one page. Or use Rotate Left / Rotate Right in the toolbar:

  • If no pages are selected → all pages rotate.
  • If some pages are selected (purple) → only those rotate.
4. Is there a limit to how many pages I can organize?

There is no fixed page limit. Performance depends on file size and your device memory. For best results, keep files under about 100–150 MB, especially on mobile.

5. Can I organize password-protected PDFs?

Not directly. Unlock the PDF first, then upload it here to reorder, rotate, or delete pages.

6. Will the quality of my PDF decrease after organizing?

No. The tool only changes page order, rotation, and which pages are kept. Content is not recompressed, so quality stays the same.

7. Are my files uploaded to any server?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device, and we cannot see or store it.

8. Can I organize PDFs on my phone or tablet?

Yes. It works on modern mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on Android and iOS. For large files or many pages, a computer is usually faster and more comfortable.

9. Can I fix pages that are upside down or sideways?

Yes. Rotate any page 90° at a time until it looks correct. You can do one page, several selected pages, or the whole document at once.
